Genetic Synthesis Protocol
An in-depth technical breakdown of how FUSION computes child token traits, names, and visuals from two Solana SPL parents.
1. Data Extraction & Parsing
Synthesis begins by extracting the live metadata and market data for both parent tokens. We utilize DexScreener to pull real-time metrics, including:
- Lexical Data: Token Names, Symbols, and descriptions.
- Market Metrics: 24h Volume, Liquidity Pools, FDV, and Price Changes.
- Visual Data: Base brand colors derived from existing logos.
2. Trait Computation Algorithm
Once the data is parsed, our deterministic algorithm calculates four core genetic traits (0-100 scale) for the child token based on the parents' exact market behaviors:
Dominance
Determined by the ratio of Market Cap to Liquidity. High MC tokens pass down higher dominance traits.
Volatility
Calculated directly from the absolute 24h price swing percentages of both parents.
Adaptation
Derived from 24h Trading Volume relative to total liquidity depth.
Longevity
Influenced by token age and total holder distribution metrics.
The Mutation Factor
During computation, a pseudo-random cryptographic seed is introduced. There is a flat 5% chance for a genetic mutation to occur. If triggered, traits are artificially spiked, and the token receives rare visual tags like Radiant, Corrupted, or Mythic.
3. Procedural Avatar Generation
The computed genetic traits aren't just numbers, they directly dictate the visual rendering of the child token's avatar.
We generate a procedural, mathematically perfect SVG vector image on the fly. High Volatility results in sharper, more jagged polygon structures. High Dominance increases the radius and boldness of the central core. Finally, the SVG is securely pinned to IPFS via Pinata to ensure decentralized, permanent hosting before it is attached to the Pump.fun deployment.
